Meet Carl

I have been working in the real estate industry since 1992. After graduating from Gonzaga University with a degree in Public Relations, my career started as Marketing and Communications Director for Windermere Services Company/Inland Northwest, Inc. (WSC/Inland NW, Inc.) I then assumed the role of Operations Manager for WSC/Inland NW, Inc., and was then promoted to Vice President, Affiliate Services. Early in 1998, I moved to Windermere/Valley, Inc. to manage. As Branch Manager, I am responsible for agents, staff, training, recruiting, technology, brokerage issues and problem solving. I am also a Washington State Certified Real Estate Instructor and enjoy teaching real estate courses.

 

Throughout my real estate career it has been my pleasure to be a customer service expert. WSC/Inland NW, Inc. is a service company. As the corporate office for Windermere Real Estate in Eastern Washington and Idaho, our job was to service our affiliate owners, managers and agents with all their real estate business needs. In managing agents and staff at Windermere/Valley, Inc., the same customer service skills are required. I utilize the same experience and skills when working with buyers, sellers and agents.
